Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, all quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Our quotes are based on the information provided and a site visit (where applicable). We reserve the right to revise our quotation if the workload or waste volume differs significantly from our initial assessment.

Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due immediately upon completion of the clearance service. We accept bank transfers and cash. We do not require payment until the job is done and you are satisfied.

Access & Safety

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and clear access to the property and the items to be cleared. We reserve the right to decline any item or clearance that we believe poses a risk to health and safety or exceeds our licence capabilities (e.g., hazardous materials).

Waste Responsibility

As a licensed waste carrier, we take responsibility for your waste once it is removed from your property. It will be disposed of legally and responsibly at authorised waste transfer stations or recycling centres.

Sensitive Data & Documents

Unless specifically agreed in writing, we do not provide certified document shredding or data destruction services. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all sensitive or confidential paperwork, hard drives, or media are removed or destroyed prior to our arrival. We accept no liability for the disclosure of sensitive information contained within cleared waste.

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We understand that plans can change and will always work to find a new suitable date for your clearance.
